The girls' morning project was making a "free tomatoes" table for the front yard. Rose, Batty, and Jane scrubbed the little kiddie table clean, and Rose made a sign decorated with pictures of tomatoes. I thought it would end there, but no - Jane is out there really hawking those free tomatoes! Any neighbor that dares exit their house is fair game. And I pity the fool that dares walk their dog down our street.
But it's working - 1/2 the tomatoes are gone and some kind lady even gave her a dollar. She's going to treat her sisters to twin-pops at the pool. :)
