A Peek Into My Craft Basket: two Halloween costumes. Harold and the Purple Crayon for Jeffrey and Mother Teresa for Skye. Thinking about sorting my button collection (it's tiny, but I all of a sudden LOVE buttons) into glass babyfood jars by color as a little decorating display. For where, I'm not sure.
A Peek Into Our Book Basket:
Across Five Aprils (still!)
Right Brained Children in a Left Brained World
Transforming Anxiety

The Civil War Paintings of Mort Kunstler Vol. 3
The Giant Golden Book of Elves and Fairies
A Peek Into My Mind: I've always been "anti-toomuch-screentime" for the kids. Mostly, I think, in reaction to being given mucho TV time as a kid. That's just what my family *did*, and I don't think it was that unusual for the times. My thought is that I want my kids to live life, not stare at a screen, even if they are interacting with it. But the world is turning SO digital. Maybe all this screen time they want is beneficial in some way, and not just the addictive, lazy behavior it is in me I think it is.
A Peek Into My Kitchen: crossing my fingers as we trial Jane on almonds and Jeffrey on dairy: Honey Nut Cheerios, semi-hypo-allergenic formula.
A Peek Into My Planner: Soccer season winding down, charity pick-up needs to be organized (more decluttering, pray for me to be ruthless and cut my attachment to stuff). I'm making a vain attempt at scheduling our days again, and creating a new meal plan.
A Peek Into My Heart: Writing this post, tears streaming down my face from reading this post. I know masks.
A Peek Outside My Window: Two days of drear. Is that a word? ;-) A chill in the air I'm not used to. Seen only to my mind's eye, the landscaping plans I have for a warmer time.
