After all these months and years...

...of wondering whether we should move or stay

...of serious house hunting only to find every affordable house had something either drastically wrong with it or it was sold before we even had a chance to see it

...we are finally going to MAKE AN OFFER. We found a house that fits us, that we can afford, in a good neighborhood.

It looks nothing like we thought it would, but we feel it's right.

Here's the hitch with this one - it's a short sale. Sooooo, they may be accepting several different offers right now. There is no guarantee they will want ours. We don't want to pay much more than we are offering, so we need to be ready to happily (!) walk away from this.

Please pray that we are doing the right thing, and if we are not, that God closes those doors. Thanks! The prayers will benefit you, my dear readers, because if we finally move you will be spared my moaning and carrying on about house hunting. ;-)
