He was a trooper through it all, and is more upset now that we are holding him all the time instead of letting him crawl around to gnaw on more furniture. ;-)
We survived Jeffrey's first ER visit (not for the dental squeamish)
Poor Jeffrey, he had a freak accident this morning. We have (make that had, it's on the curb now, lol) a child size table with a metal rim running round it. Like a 1950's kitchen table. He pulled himself up, gnawed on the edge because that's what he does to everything, and his bottom two teeth got caught. He then panicked, lost his balance, and fell, pulling the teeth loose. Extremely loose. Ugh. So a few phone calls later we're off to the ER, mostly because it's Sunday and everything is closed. They pulled one of the teeth, but the other was not as loose and they pushed it back in place. We're kind of at a loss as to how to keep this kid away from everything for a few days so that it can have a chance to heal!
