Thank you

Thank you, my dear readers, for your prayers of yesterday. I think due to them, God was able to break down my mental/emotional block a little, to shine a little insight. Have you ever heard of someone praying, "This, or something better, God." ? Well, as I was sitting thinking about the situation, I simply felt the words "something better" stir my soul. So maybe God had to take this away along with all the other joys to leave me free to accept "something better."

Rereading my post yesterday (and I'm sure I *still* haven't caught all the typos, LOL) I realize it sounds particularly whiny. "Oh waah, waah, people are starving around the world and I'm upset that I can't feed the birds, waah waah." And I guess, in reality, that's true, it was whiny! But realize a post can't get in *everything* a person is going through. I probably left out 70% of the things that have been troublesome lately, in focusing on the things I find most irksome. I realize it could be worse - we aren't having homeschool burnout, because we just started school after a huge break, and we actually LIKE February around here - my birthday, my dd's birthday, Valentine's day, etc. So I don't think it's a "winter thing" either, although it has been kind of extra cloudly lately.

And to the first person who comments, "Oh I'm so glad you are feeling better," all because of two paragraphs of semi-upbeat posting, I'm going to thwonk you on the forhead, LOL, just to remind you that what you read in people's blog posts is never the whole story. I'm *not* feeling better, just to set the record straight, but God has allowed some wisdom in the darkness, which is always a blessing. It's a start, anyway.
